Goal

Just thought I'd share that I reached my most current goal weight a couple days ago. I know I reached it because I've been consistely weighed at that for 4 days. Wahoo. I reached it a few weeks ahead of schedule. I like to set goals based on small steps...my magic formula has been 5% of whatever my current weight had been. It's a little number and it's attainable.

It feels Great!
