3rd Week of preschool for Hope

I should mention, Hope goes to preschool Mon-Thursday from 8-11. On Friday's she get's picked up and transported to and from school for a 30 minute speech session. She doesn't like that too well...it's hard work!

This is another note from Mrs. Otto:

"Hope did such an awesome job cutting today! She cut out a red sled. Tomorrow and Th. we'll add animals to go with the story. She wants to bring it home, but it will go up in the hallway until after conferences. She even corrected another little girl when she said "me" instead of "I" today! Hurrah for Hoper! We passed Kiyah's kindergarten class today, and one of the little boys said, "Hey! There's a baby Kiyah!" Oh, my gosh, it was so funny!"

Mommy notes: One of the many things I've begun to notice about Hope is that she is much more calm and her emotions and behavior are much more in check these days. Hardly a temper tantrum to be had (minor, but not like they used to). I attribute this to the stimulation she's getting with the OT and the work she's doing in school. She is learning to control things and her gross motor stills are becoming more mature...she still craves movement though...so we do lots of spinning (not the exercise craze, but good old spinning in circles).
